Albert is Big Law’s primary client interface manager. He’s the guy that calls our clients to remind them what to do, requesting information, receiving information and handing it over the “Engine Room” for processing. Albert also manages our bespoke CRM system that tracks clients tasks, allocates them to our “Engine Room” team and liaises closely with Tafman.
